Physio Flows now offers small-group Meal Planning Parties—a hands-on, home-based meal-prep experience led by our Nutritionist, Jayne. Hosted at her Beavercreek kitchen studio, each 2–3 hour session walks you through personalized recipes, guided prep, and zero cleanup.
We take care of the grocery shopping, organize the workflow, and tailor every menu to your dietary needs.
You’ll leave with at least six fully prepped meals ready to refrigerate or freeze, plus the knowledge and confidence to continue meal prepping on your own.
Additional meals can be purchased if you want to stock up.
