Physio Flows is especially known for working with performers, people with hypermobility and Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, persistent and complex pain, and people whose bodies or goals may not fit a standard treatment approach.

The studio welcomes complete beginners as well as experienced performers, with structured skill progressions, small classes and a strong focus on performer-informed safety. Physio Flows calls its approach "Getting You Back to What You Love."
