"Coryn's Got Your Back... Literally"

Testimonial from Christin Rondeau

Christin came to me with intermittent pain in her shoulder blade and worries for the effect it had on her aerial silks performance. As we started working through some of her issues, we discovered that some of her pain was being affected by what she was doing at work as a singer and teacher. Being able to improve how she is doing all the activities in her life made a huge difference. Everything from singing, playing piano and climbing silks to cleaning at home. It all matters and adds up!

Here is what Christin wanted to tell us:

"I've dealt with pain and tension in my neck, shoulders, and back for much of my adult life, but when I began doing aerial silks about a year ago, the pain became unbearable. Coryn was able to get me in for an appointment quickly, and she assessed and explained the root cause of the pain in simple, direct language. At our first session, I was overwhelmed and frustrated by the pain, and her fun, easygoing demeanor immediately put me at ease and calmed my worries. I walked out of that session excited to begin exercises and confident that I would get better…and I did! Her treatment plan was straightforward and effective, and within a few weeks of sessions and daily prescribed exercises, the pain dramatically decreased. I’m now lifting weights, climbing silks, and doing pretty much whatever else I want…pain free. And when I have an occasional flare up, she has equipped me to know what’s causing it and what to do to promote healing. We are still working toward correcting some long-standing issues, but I have never felt more confident in my body’s ability to heal, strengthen, and do what I need it to do. Literally every aspect of my life has improved through my work with Coryn (a bold claim, but true!), and I’m grateful for all I’m learning from her."
